Telephone Consultations

We operate a blended model of care, which means we offer a mixture of both face to face and telephone appointments.  When a request for an appointment is made, admin staff will ask for basic information which is then passed on to a GP or ANP. This will help them prioritise calls. You do not have to give this information, but it will help you and other patients to be seen more quickly and to get the right care when you need it

The GP or ANP will then triage the call.  In some situation a telephone consultation will suffice, and this will be agreed between the patient and the clinician.
